About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of purehorizonprints.com, operated under the trading name Pure Horizon Prints (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact us at hello@purehorizonprints.com or through our Contact page. Our store is hosted by Shopify. These terms work alongside our Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds, Privacy and Cookie policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If a term conflicts with a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right takes priority.

Our prints

We sell unframed art prints. Frames, furniture and accessories in styling photographs are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. The available sizes, materials and price are shown on the product page. Use our Size Guide for dimensions.

Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and composition may vary slightly between print ratios as explained on the product page. These normal variations do not remove your rights if an item is faulty, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied.

Orders and payment

Check the artwork, size, quantity and delivery address before ordering. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any customer-account credentials secure.

Your order confirmation records the products and total you have ordered. We may contact you if payment cannot be authorised, a product cannot be supplied, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. We will not substitute a product, charge a higher price or make a material change without your agreement. If an order is cancelled because we cannot supply it, we will refund the payment.

Prices and offers

Prices are displayed in the selected market’s currency. The amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm payment, including any applicable charges collected there. Delivery is free to all destinations we currently ship to. Customs or import charges, where applicable, are explained in our Shipping & delivery policy.

Any offer is subject to the eligibility and conditions displayed when you order. Changes to future prices or offers do not change an accepted order’s agreed price or override statutory rights.

Delivery and responsibility

Orders are produced to order through Gelato’s production network. Production location can vary. Delivery times are estimates, subject to the delivery commitments and rights described in our Shipping & delivery policy. We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law; handing a parcel to our carrier does not automatically transfer the risk of loss to you.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Request a pre-production cancellation by email within 12 hours of ordering, as explained in our Cancellation information. Production can begin sooner, so stopping production is not guaranteed. This request window does not restrict statutory cancellation rights before delivery or the 14-day change-of-mind right after delivery for standard, non-personalised prints.

Our Returns & refunds policy explains notification and return deadlines, return postage, refunds and faulty-goods remedies. Standard prints are not exempt from these rights simply because they are printed after ordering. Sale items have the same statutory protections.

Website content and permitted use

Artwork, text, photographs, branding and other content may belong to us or their respective rights holders. Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce the artwork. You may use the website to browse, shop and access information for lawful purposes. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or copy content for unauthorised commercial use.

Customer reviews must reflect genuine experience. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy notices govern use of those services.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract and for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything that cannot legally be excluded. We do not use website warranty disclaimers to remove your rights concerning the prints you buy.

Events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. We will communicate with you and explain available options. Such events do not remove any legal right to cancel, obtain a refund or receive another remedy.

Changes and complaints

The terms agreed when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce your rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require you to give up protections or access to courts available under the mandatory laws applicable to your consumer contract.
